Cycle: Days 1 - 7

Gift: During this purifying phase, the communication between the right and left hemispheres of your brain is more powerful than any other time.*

Focus: This is an opportunity to reflect on your life and the past month. Let go of anything that you no longer need to carry and release emotions and thoughts that are getting in the way of your wellbeing. Identify which areas of your life need more attention. Be open to receive subtle and intuitive messages and deep insight. Make space to journal and spend time in quiet reflection. Pay special attention to your dreams.

Support: Eat light foods that add nutrients. Include foods with low glycemic index and water-rich fruits and vegetables into your meals. Seafood and sea-based vegetables help remineralize your body with iron and zinc.* Nourish yourself with soothing, warm foods including herbal tea, bone broths, soups and stews. Get plenty of rest and stick to yoga, stretching or walking, especially in the first four days. 

Mantra: I release all that no longer serves me and surrender to the flow.
